Everything below can be evidenced in writing, in English, on the day you ask.
Operating licence
| Taxivergunning | Held in ICrewConnect's own name, issued by the Inspectie Leefomgeving en Transport. Professional competence, good repute and financial standing assessed and cleared. |

| Driver authorisation | Chauffeurskaart held, which requires a VOG — a Dutch certificate of good conduct. |
| Vehicle | Registered and plated for licensed passenger transport, on Dutch blue taxi plates. |
| Company registration | Dutch Chamber of Commerce, KvK 42051747. |
| Registered activities | Taxivervoer, and urgent transport of post, documents, baggage and parts. SBI 49330, passenger transport on demand with driver, and SBI 53202, courier activities. |
Safety certification
| VCA Basis | Certificate 695155.70848916, valid to 08-02-2030. Verifiable in the SSVV central diploma register. |

Insurance
| Third-party liability | Motor third-party liability for bodily injury and property damage, as required for licensed passenger transport. |

| Comprehensive vehicle cover | Full casco cover, with roadside assistance and a 24-hour alarm centre. |
| Business liability | Company liability insurance, written for a taxi operator. |
| Passenger and driver cover | Occupant cover in place. Full certificates and limits on request. |

Documents containing personal data go directly to your procurement or crewing team, not published here.
Handling crew data
Passports, seaman's books and flight details are collected only for the transfer, never shared beyond the parties arranging it, and deleted once the job and invoice are closed. We will sign your data processing agreement.
