Privacy statement
What personal data ICrewConnect handles, why, and what rights you have. Written to meet the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG in the Netherlands).
Who is responsible
ICrewConnect, Lindelaan 251, 2282 EV Rijswijk, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42051747, is the controller for the personal data described here.
What we collect
For a crew transfer: names, nationality, passport or seaman's book details, flight details, contact numbers and the vessel involved. From clients: business contact details and billing information.
Why we hold it
To carry out the booked transfer, to satisfy terminal and border requirements for access, and to invoice. We do not use personal data for marketing and do not sell it.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract, and compliance with legal obligations relating to passenger transport and port access.
Who else sees it
Only parties needed to complete the transfer: the vessel's agent, terminal security where entry requires it, and border authorities where they ask. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.
How long we keep it
Crew personal data is deleted once the transfer is complete and the invoice settled. Records required for tax are retained for the statutory period under Dutch law and contain no passport or seaman's book detail.
How it is protected
Held on access-controlled devices, shared only through the channels the client uses to book, never left in the vehicle.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and may object to processing. Contact us and we will respond within one month.
Maps and fonts on this website
The port pages show a map. The map images come from CARTO, which receives the visitor's IP address in order to send them. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the same. Neither sets a cookie through this site and neither is used to track visitors. The map software itself is served from this website.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data you may complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
